Re-opening and our Covid-19 Policy

We are pleased to announce that, from late July, we will once again be offering our home and studio casting visits.

We have been closely following Government guidelines throughout the pandemic and sadly closed our doors to customers for several months. We continue to follow the evolving government guidelines that state how we should operate whilst working in the home and as a result, we have outlined below our guidelines to home and studio visits.

We will be wearing a face shield and/or a disposable mask, gloves and aprons throughout the appointment. We ask that those present at the casting also wear masks and disposable masks will be provided if you do not have any of your own.

We ask that a maximum of two adults are present at the casting and masks must be worn. We can also provide gloves if you would prefer to wear them during the casting visit. Children under four may be present at the casting but we ask that they are kept at a distance from the casting area and we ask that older children are kept away.

Our casting kits and samples will be thoroughly sanitised before your visit.

We will be attending the appointment with the best of our knowledge that both ourselves and our immediate family are well and showing no signs of having Covid-19. Should you or any family member show symptoms, please contact us ASAP so we can re-arrange your appointment to another time.

Booking a casting means that you comply with our PPE policy.
